Pencil and charcoal drawing. I chose this pose to reflect an difficult time in my life to remind me to never forget life's hurdles. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel if we just choose to look for it.

Thanks! It was the first time I used charcoal as an undercoat on the darker areas. I discovered it gave the skin more texture as well!
